The “Lavande” Room

* Please note : The “Rose” Room can sleep up to FOUR people (one double and one twin/double bed).

The “Lavande” Room sleeps up to TWO people (one double bed). The prices above include two people.

• Private Ensuite WC/Bathroom
• Prices shown above are per night per room and include breakfast, bed linen, bathroom towels, selected toiletries, bottled water, coffee machine, hair-dryer, bathrobes, and all taxes. A high chair and/or a cot are available at no extra charge.
• During high season and the period of the Marciac Jazz festival we ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights. There is no maximum stay – stay as long as you like!
• Breakfast is served every day between 08h30 and 10h00 in the dining room.
• Bed linen and towels are replaced at least once a week for the duration of your stay with us.
• The room is available from 16h00. We ask that you vacate the rooms no later than 10h30 on the day of departure. Please inform us in advance if your arrival time looks likely to be after 20h00.
• We love pets but our other guests might not. We therefore insist that you bring no animals.
• For the comfort and health of all our guests, both the Gîte and the Chambres d’Hôtes are No Smoking areas. However, smoking outside is not a problem.

Table d’Hôtes

Dinner is available 7 days a week, but please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Your dinner includes a starter, a main course, dessert, coffee and 1 carafe of wine per room, at just 27.50€ (c. £22.78) per person. We can also provide a children’s menu (up to 12 yrs old) at just 15€ (c. £12.42) per child. Table d’Hôtes is served in the dining room with your hosts and will typically include local and regional specialities. Please inform us in advance if you or anybody in your party has any allergies or if your party includes vegetarian(s) / vegan(s) and we will amend the menu accordingly!

The swimming pool is available to all guests every day from 09h00. The normal rules apply and we ask our guests to familiarise themselves with them for their and their party’s comfort and safety.

Pool towels for the sun loungers are available on request for 3€ (c. £2.48) per stay/person.

Making your Reservation

1. A 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking
2. The Balance should be settled no less than 30 days before arrival date
3. Your Reservation is effective after receipt of all payments and will be confirmed by email.
4. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
5. We accept payment by Cash / Cheque / Credit Card / PayPal
